As the cliché goes, these tongs may be small, but they are mighty. Whether you’re serving up hot dogs at a cookout or turning a beautiful cut of meat in a nonstick pan or cast iron skillet, Tovolo’s Mini Silicone Tongs are the perfect tool for the job. The silicone head gently grips food while the non-slip grip handle makes it easy to serve up your favorite foods. Their small size uniquely suits them for small jobs or small hands—teach kids how to pull toast out of the toaster without burning their fingers, or use the mini tongs for cooking vegetables or ground meat in a small pan. Strips of non-slip silicone provide easy grip for turning and handling food. Soft-touch silicone feels comfortable in hand, and prevents accidental slips due to steaming foods or splatters of oil. The added grip also makes serving your favorite dishes a breeze, whether you use them for pasta, grilled chicken, steak, stir-fry, fried foods, barbeque, tofu, or salad. Keep the tongs closed between uses with the handy locking mechanism. Pull the ring to lock the pincers in the closed position, and push it in to release the arms. Locking mechanism makes these tongs compact and easy to use, as they can fit neatly in drawers or on spoon rests between uses, then be ready for action in a flash.
